Online booking treatments
1. Advances will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. You can use your advance within 3 months if you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
2. If you cancel / reschedule from 48 hours before your appointment, you will lose your advance.
3. If you do not show up and do not state anything, the total amount must be transferred to our account if you wish to record a new appointment.
4. In the event of pregnancy you can use your advance at a later date, but your advance will not be reimbursed.
5. If you have had permanent make-up performed elsewhere, you must send a photo via whatsapp (0032 488 512 507) so that we can see whether a cover-up is possible.
6. You pay the full amount and not an update if your first session was performed by a specialist other than Demet (including the specialists who work for us).
7. If you have permanent make-up that should be lasered out, as a result of which the treatment cannot be performed during your scheduled appointment, you will have lost your advance (provided you have not sent any photos via whatsapp).
8. Have you already had (1 week before your appointment) botox or fillers placed on the zone to be treated so that your treatment cannot be carried out on the planned dates, you have lost your advance.
9. If you are late due to heavy traffic, please inform us at +32488 512 507. From 30 minutes it is no longer feasible to help you further, so that you have lost your advance and must make a new appointment. plan.
10. For an additional treatment within 3 months after the first update, you pay 50 euros. This is valid once. It is not possible to come by every 3 months for a follow-up treatment.
11. You are not allowed under the sun or tanning bed for 2 weeks after your treatment. Please schedule your appointment after your vacation. We are not responsible for faster blurring during the summer months.
12. The Update within 5 to 8 weeks is only intended for customers who had a new treatment carried out by Demet a maximum of 8 weeks ago. This is no longer included in the price from 8 weeks. We have the right to cancel this appointment if the booking is not planned correctly.
13. When creating a new treatment, the customer is obliged to schedule the update within 5 to 8 weeks himself. We are not responsible for agreements that can no longer be scheduled due to full booking.
